and Inspection:
The
Quality Department at QCD Limited has benefited from the latest
round of investment. As part of the investment, a new state of
the art Faro Gage Arm was installed.
This
latest addition will allow QCD Limited to expand further its
Reverse Engineering capabilities, which is one area in which it
has seen substantial growth over the last 3 to 4 years.
Offering customers a service in reverse engineered parts can
save money and time in replacing broken parts. Delivery from
many original equipment manufacturers (OEMS) can take anywhere
from 10 to 40 days. This can be a costly exercise if you have a
production line stopped waiting for spare parts. We can
typically manufacture a copy of almost any broken machine part
within 24hrs to 48hrs, sometimes in as little as 8hrs if we
have the required material in stock.
